The author has had a daily gratitude practice for over a decade. This practice has allowed him to be more present and being of service to others. A daily practice of gratitude has helped him fight off depression and much more.Some of his biggest lessons were learned while traveling abroad. Observing the kindness and generosity of those who had very little but showed their humanity and gratitude daily was very moving and inspiring.
